Avon finally that wonderful atmosphere created in the winter.

Morning when I came home from work I had several beautiful winter scenes and I had a chance to capture them.
Waving in the wind ...
Input-output of Beaver Creek are displayed flags of countries participating in the Ski World Championship 1999, which was held here in spring and among them I had no opportunity to photograph the flag that I hold dear and which can be seen here as more proud waves than any other, the background can be seen some of our dear town of Avon and especially the community in which we live - Buffalo Ridge, the building we live in being placed just under the Romanian flag! (To mean that we become as little patriot was at home?)

At the entrance to our beloved town area are seaworthy few symbols: from left to right is the flag first followed by the flag state of Colorado ski resort of Beaver Creek, then of course the flag of America, the parade of flags, city flag is finished by Avon .

Befitting a ski resort around 6-7 hours early morning starts and runs tests of lift lines, lift lines which soon will be actually invaded by thousands of skiers who come here to enjoy the pleasures of snow.

Quiet winter in River Edge!
On the way to go home community near River Edge, one talks to the apartments for those who arrive in season with no work visa 4-6 months and help us work this rezort. I remember two years ago and since, but last summer the buildings were inhabited by Moldovan students now being effectively strangled the avalanche winter of Latin American students, mostly Argentines but also Peruvian, Bolivian, Chilean and Brazilians, so winter is expected to fire again with terrible carousing went to drunkenness, are made only by the Latins who are experts in these activities, a winter that will keep a few friends who work at Avon PD in setting and make them the night pass more easily be involved in activities more dynamic than the daily patrols of Avon's quiet streets in off season. @ Ciolotto - you're right, I even said I say live in the U.S. ever since we became 1000 times more patriotic and I think it's normal. Romanian flag pass by every day and tell everyone it's somewhere in the soul.

@ Vali Banoiu - really is a dream, pity that we are quite busy with work and we can not make head as we want, but Thank you we are very busy at work and we find among them more time and as an escape, like the one we will present a day next escapade I had a snowmobile during the visit of Mircea Goia on us .
@ Alex - it happened very often to be confused by Romanian location americani.La started even bother me but when I got used, or when I was in Romania for example there was little idea where it's Colorado, Nevada, Rhode Island or Delaware, etc.. It's okay, all while learning. But know that I feel very proud when many, know that there are few Americans who say that when they are born in Romania, speak with admiration the name Nadia, Hagi or Dracula.
